Business program & cultural immersion in Turkey

    Location: Istanbul, Turkey
    Participants: 350
Objective: Product launch, client networking & cultural experience

A leading medical equipment company planned a large-scale corporate trip to Istanbul to:
    – Present new product developments to clients and partners
    – Facilitate networking among participants from different regions
    – Introduce attendees to the cultural and historical heritage of Turkey

    Key Requirements:

    The Solid Approach:

    Venue Selection & Inspection Trip
We shortlisted a range of 5-star hotels and restaurants aligned with the client’s expectations. A pre-event inspection trip was organized for the client representative to finalize the optimal choice for accommodation, catering, and event flow.

    Logistics & Coordination
We managed precise transfer scheduling for participants arriving on 34 separate flights, ensuring smooth coordination and fast hotel check-in via a dedicated desk.

    Conference Management
A full-scale conference for 350 people was successfully delivered, including several breakout rooms for smaller group work. All rooms were equipped with professional audio-visual systems.

    Cultural Experiences
We conducted customized guided tours of Istanbul’s top landmarks led by licensed, Russian-speaking guides with extensive group experience. Routes were designed to minimize waiting times at museums and key sites.

    Welcome Dinner & Gala Night
We organized a Bosphorus dinner cruise with a curated entertainment program. The gala dinner took place at the hotel, featuring full technical production, custom décor in the client’s brand style, and a national-themed show.

    Dining Arrangements
National restaurants within walking distance of the hotel were selected for group dinners. Menus were pre-agreed with each venue based on dietary preferences. Lunch arrangements during excursions were also coordinated to ensure timing and quality.
